1Ī contemporaneous Radiographics article nicely describes one big benefit of CTP – the ability to perform a “deep” anonymization while retaining private DICOM fields that are of scientific use (rather than just erasing everything). Aryanto et al performed a nice review of 10 freely available DTs in 2015 and the RSNA Clinical Trial Processor (CTP) was found to be one of the two best DTs based on this research.
